Otherwise, just skip it.
- Your order have to be reached the minimum order value $10 for dometic order or $25 for forign order.
(the minimum order value means the subtotal excluding coupons, gift wrap, shipping and tax on the "Checkout" page).
Placing Your First Order
- Find what you want to buy ! => If you already know what you want to buy, just type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. You also can use menu bottons to find an item.
- Add it to your shopping cart ! => Just click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Cart or update quantity if you change your mind.
- More Items ? => Just click "Keep Shopping" button. When you've added everything you want to the Cart, click "View Cart" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Want to finish shopping ? => Click "CheckOut" button and then follow the directions to put in your information.
- Cancelled order: Your order will be declined if your billing/shipping information does not match with the information on your credit card or your order required more information to continue and we did not receive that information.

How do you want to pay for your order?
- WEBplusBeauty.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
- We are confident about the transaction security we offer and back-up every purchase made online with a security guarantee.
- Please make sure that your billing/shipping address and telephone number are all correct.
- Otherwise, it will delay your order.

- The customer is responsible for any customs, fees or other additional charges that may be placed on the shipment.
- If you live in Canada, you should expect the customs/border to add import duties, taxes, and fees that you will need to pay when the package is delivered.
- If you make any charge-back or any payment claim, $20 will be charged.
You can cancel your order at any time before you click on the CHECKOUT button on the payment screen by emptying your cart or closing your browser.
If you wish to cancel your order after you have clicked CHECKOUT, contact us immediately via email at at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 773-256-9148 and we will not dispatch the order and refund your credit card with the order amount.
Return and Refund
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 calendar days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any package received without contacting us.
- All the returned items must be in the original conditions with original package, including all of its included contents, otherwise the returns will be refused and your returns will be sent back to you with charging the shipping fees.
- In case of the item which is warrantted by manufacturer, no returns will be allowed.
Product Return Conditions: We are unable to refund items that are open, used, damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Hair Care/Skin Care Products : All such products must be returned in original package, unopened. It must be returned within 10 calendar days of the date you received the item.
- Electrical Products: All electrical products may be returned in original package, in original condition. It must be returned within 10 calendar days of the date you received the item.
- Magazines : No returns will be accepted on any magazines.
- Clearance/Sale Items: No returns will be accepted on any item that is on sale or clearance.
Please, send back the item via UPS ground or USPS Priority to our mailing address.
Please be aware that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Also, the restocking fee 10% for the price you paid for the item will be charged.
Shipping and Delivery
How long it will take?
We quickly dispatch your item, usually one day after you placed your order.
However the shipment may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, backordered item, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order and incomplete payment.

Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically by our system.
But If the total weight of your items is over limit, the shipping cost may not be calculated automatically and then we will contact you after recalculate the shipping cost.
1) US & US territories ; US 48 continental states, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island.
Standard (US only, 3-7 business days) : expected to be delivered within 3 ~ 7 business days
Express (US only, 1-2 business days) : expected to be delivered within 1 ~ 2 business days

The packages will be delivered by USPS or UPS.
2) US Military : APO/FPO/DPO address

3) Other countries outside the United States
International Standard (All countries except US) : expected to be delivered within 6 ~ 15 business days
The delivery terms depends on destinations and no time guaranteed delivery.
Any duties, taxes, and/or fees that be imposed by the rule/law of the destination country may be required by the carrior or the facility of the destination country. The buyer or shipment receiver is reponsible for the charges.
Please be aware that we do not know import regulations of your country. Because every country has own restrictions & prohibitions for certain items or ingredients, this is your responsibility to figure out the restrictions before ordering items.

Incorrect or insufficient shipping address may cause a package to be returned or an additional cost ($12) for the correction.
You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing us wrong information.
The charges inculde sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.
Got a Problem with a Delivery?
If you are in the United States, double check your address and email us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will let you know the tracking number for your package.
If you are outside of the United States and did not receive your package 30 days after the shipment, email us for investigation.
It will take 12~16 weeks to finish the investigation.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid after the investigation.
APO/FPO Priority Mail: You've supposed to receive your package in 5~15 business days after shipment.
If you do not receive your package 30 days after shipment, please email us.
We will file a claim to the US Postal Service.
It will take 8~16 weeks to have result and we will let you know the result by email.
